I had a great experience at Villa de San Felipe! The office staff is absolutely amazing. Angie and Ana have truly made my experience with this community UNMATCHED compared to many other apartment communities in the area. Angie was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns thoroughly. Ana, the Property Manager, was also AMAZINGâso welcoming and warm, her hospitality really stood out. Thanks to them, Iâm genuinely excited to call Villa de San Felipe my future home! ð â¤ï¸

So I just recently moved in not too long ago, let me tell you, this place of living is not it. I have never made a bad review on a place of living but this one everyone has to know. The homeless is already bad enough around here, I get that there are parks near us and they roam but having to come home to a place I pay for that is infested with homeless is absolutely crazy too me. My kids cant even take out the trash on how bad it is, my son has caught someone playing with fire behind the trash cans also relieving themselves there also, Breaking into our storage is where I draw the line because that is my stuff that they are trying to steal. This is a real problem that you need to fix, It also doesnât make any sense to pay for a fob and the gates are all ALWAYS OPEN ESPECIALLY THE BACK GATE. Im super disappointed in the care you guys take to make this place a better place to live. Please do better. ð
